RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unopened and in original condition
• Item must be unused with original packaging intact
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items We Cannot Accept
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used beauty products (skincare, serums, palettes, etc.)
• Items with damaged or broken seals
• Products received in visibly used condition

How to Request a Return
1. Email hello@firmglowbeauty.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Once received and inspected, refunds process within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement immediately.
